Motive Interactive – Performance Advertising

October 2nd, 2008 by Andreas from Xavier Media

Motive Interactive is a performance ad network that can help advertisers connect with consumers interested in the advertisers products. Like most other networks you can setup Cost-Per-Sale (CPS), Cost-Per-Action (CPA), Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) offers and also of course display campaigns (CPM). This means that you as a site owner got plenty of ways to earn money from for example your blog and advertisers can choose to setup offers that suit them well :D . They have recently released AdventV2 which is an advanced performance ad network which, according to Motive Interactive, provides ad serving and impression tracking capabilities like no other network :D .

In the members area you have plenty of options to search for offers to use on your site. You can for example search for banners or offers with text links. You can also select if you want CPM, CPA, CPS or CPS% (pays a percentage of a sale). What I don't like about their members area is all the gray frames they use. I got a wide-screen laptop and it looks not good at all :( because you see so little of the actual search results and offers they got due to all the space wasted on frames you don't really need. As you can see on the screen shot I can only see two offers at the time:( , so I would recommend you to use a bigger screen…… Otherwise I have to say that their search function is fantastic.

A good thing is that they offer real time lead data processing since if you deliver a sale you want to know about it as soon as possible to for example increase the number of ads you show for a specific campaign that's going more then well :D . Another good thing is that they host the campaign creatives (the ads), so no wasting your own server resources.

Advent is built using highly scalable technology which means that they can grow without problems. This is good since you don't want them to go down for a day or two just because they've grown too much. According to Compete.com they already got 1-1,5 million US visitors per month (up from less then 0,5 million in a year). In other words, they know how to stay in business :D

If you sign up at Motive Interactive you can also promote their referral program earning money by sending more publishers to them. The more your publishers earn, the more you get paid (it's always nice to be paid for work done by someone else). Unlike in many other similar referral programs where you only get paid for the first 12 months you get paid 5.5% of the lifetime earnings at Motive Interactive :D . Sign ups are usually approved within hours according to them.

Sign up at Motive Interactive you too!
