TwitterFox - See your tweets in Firefox
July 21st, 2008 by Andreas from Xavier Media
By an accident I found a small plugin for Firefox called TwitterFox. This little plugin will get your tweets and show them in the bottom right corner of your web browser.
Directly from the TwitterFox window you can reply to the tweets, write new tweets and of course also follow links you get sent to you.
In the settings window you deside the interval for getting new tweets, how often TwitterFox should popup the new tweets and also your twitter accounts login names and passwords. Yes, that's right you can setup several twitter accounts to work with TwitterFox and you can easliy switch between them in the easily accessed menu. whenever you need to access settings, tweets, accounts or visit Twitter.com you just click (or right click for settings) on the T icon.
With a single button click (on the link icon) you can tweet the page you're currently seeing in your browser
. No more typing links again and now you can let everyone know which pages your surfing on
To install TwitterFox just click on this link and accept the installation.
The first thing you should do after you've setup your Twitter username in TwitterFox is to send a message @xaviermedia
. I will start following you if you follow me too….
