The new contest is as simple as the last contest. Just post a comment in this post (with something more then just "cool" or "nice") and you get a chance to win 700 Entrecard credits on the 25th of July 
. A random winner will be selected among the people that comment here and you can only enter this contest once (i.e. only your first comment will be counted).
Please mention the URL to one of your blogs with the Entrecard widget easily accessed on the first page when you register/comment so we can send you the credits if you win!

I like your site a lot. The contents are great. I actually thought it would be much much much better if you opt for a redesign. Heck, you got the money. So why not shed a some bucks to buy a MORE proffesionalized blog design from the pros.

Hey Andreas, nice website mate. not exactly ground breaking visually, but very clean. I do however have one suggestion: personally i think your left sidebar needs a css rule of ( padding-left:3px; ) other than that keep up the good work!! oh and yeah if i win your compitetion i would put the 700 EC towards advertising on John Chow's page for a day. I love contest whatever the prize is. It means that the owner rewards the readers and make blogging as an interactive communication that building emotional relationship.

Nice to see that the comments are OpenID enabled. I am using OpenID on my blog, which is running an old version or Drupal. So. the OpenID doesn't always work all that well.

This is a great incentive to get quality comments to your blog but also to get regular long term visitors also. I may not be a qualified techy as I am the SEO VRGIN but I have managed to get over 1,000 pageviews a day to my blog purely out of fluke doing a song on youtube lol. I hope I can be lucky to win this contest as I am getting married in October so maybe the Entrecard credits can go towards my wedding dress, hint, hint .

This is a great contest, I've seen too many that ask you to jump through hoop after hoop to get you 5,000 entries to 1 contest. This is a much simpler way which I much prefer.

I landed here hopping thru the sites using EntreCard…I was really excited to know the method to win 700 ec credits…But when I read that it was just a comment to be posted,I was the happiest person in the world… LOL…
Looked at your site too.
I feel the text has no padding, plz give the padding to text, coz the left-aligned text goes into the border.and plz if u remove the images from the comments the siite would look great

First off, I want to say this is a real cool contest.
Before I joined Entrecard community, I won in a contest where one of the prizes offered to me was 1, 000 EC credits. I asked the promoter of the contest, "WHAT'S THAT???" I really have no idea nor an inkling at all what Entrecard was all about. But well, it's history and here I am now, a notorious and a certified EC dropper, wink!
COntests of this kind I find very appealing because earning 700 credits by just posting your own comment is the same as creating a paid review worth $10 bucks. 700 is a lot of credit to spend for a number of worthy blogs around. I am hoping against hope I will be declared the lucky winner (keeping my fingers crossed, hehe)!
